  • Holbox Guide Shared Shuttle is the cheapest way to travel to the (Holbox Ferry Terminal) in Chiquila, departing from Cancun International Airport.

  • We offer daily departures to the (Holbox Ferry Terminal) in Chiquila at 10:15, 13:00, 15:45, and 18:00 hrs. (buy your ferry tickets here)

  • To book the service, you must make your reservation online at least 24 hours before your travel date.

  • The meeting point for this shuttle service is right beside the Welcome Bar located in the pre-hired transportation area at domestic terminal 2 inside the airport. There is no other departure point. If your plane lands in any other terminal, You will have to go to domestic terminal 2. You can use the free airport shuttle that connects every terminal. Our driver will come by and pick you up at the specified time.

  • We will never ask you to pay cash for your transfer to a third party and offer you a refund upon arrival. Please beware of taxi scammers at the airport. They will pretend to be calling your transportation company and tell you to take a taxi and pay in cash for that service and offer you a full refund upon arrival. Our staff will never ask you to pay for a service that you have already paid for. Please note that all of our services are paid online otherwise specified.

  • You must provide us with a telephone number where we can contact you if any situation arises.

  • One piece of 25 kg max luggage is allowed. An extra piece of small handheld luggage is allowed per person as long as it fits on your lap.

  • If you are traveling with large sports gear, you should hire a private service instead.

  • You are hiring a shared shuttle service out of respect for the rest of the passengers. There is a 5-minute waiting tolerance. Please consider this information before booking.

  • Our shared shuttle service arrives only at domestic terminal 2 of Cancun Airport. If your flight leaves from another terminal, you will have to use the free inter-terminal bus offered by Cancun international airport.

  • Our drivers are not authorized to receive cash payments. Feel free to tip them generously.

What to do if my flight doesn’t arrive at Domestic Terminal 2?
Our shared shuttle service departs only from domestic terminal 2 of Cancun Airport. If your flight arrives from another terminal, you will have to use the free inter-terminal bus offered by Cancun international airport. This is a Free Service offered by the Airport. The shuttle comes by every 15 minutes.

How does shared transportation work?
Our Shared Shuttle is the cheapest way to travel, departing from Cancun International Airport. Availability is limited to predefined shuttle schedules. You must make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.  If your flight is running late, notify us immediately. Flexibility is limited and subject to availability. Extra costs are likely to occur if you miss your shuttle. Keep this in mind before you book.

Please contact the shuttle company immediately. We will do our best to fit you into a different shared shuttle schedule. Extra wait or upgrade costs may likely occur. These charges will vary according to the time we have to send a private van to pick you up.

The meeting point for this shuttle service is right outside of the “Guacamole” restaurant located in terminal 2 inside the airport. There is no other departure point. If your plane lands in any other terminal, You will have to go to terminal 2. You can use the free airport shuttle that connects every terminal. The driver will come by and pick you up at the scheduled time of your ride.

Shared Service: The meeting point for this shuttle service is right across from “La Sardina enamorada” restaurant. It’s located to the right after passing the security checkpoint. You can download the location map here.

After your payment is processed you will get an e-mail with your booking order and confirmation number. If you can’t see this e-mail please check your spam folder or write us to shuttle@holboxguide.com and we will gladly resend the confirmation e-mail to you.

How can I cancel my booking?
Send us an e-mail requesting your cancelation to shuttle@holboxguide.com with your confirmation order and booking number. Please note that we do not issue cash refunds for services on special or sale cases in which we will issue a transferable digital coupon with online credit to reprogram your trip.

All promotional or discounted services on sale are non-refundable. We will issue a digital coupon instead. You can request your service to be reprogrammed and travel within a year from the date you purchased shuttle@holboxguide.com with your booking number requesting the transferable certificate. Our team will send you a certificate coupon code with the exact amount of money you paid on our website. This coupon will be valid for one year that you can use on our website to hire a new service.

We will never refund scam calls or cash payments made to drivers or third parties. We do not refund any money paid outside our website.
