What to do if my flight is delayed?
Our staff is constantly monitoring flight arrivals to Cancun Airport.

Once you clear customs, please go outside the terminal on the pre-hired ground transportation section. One of our representatives will be waiting for you just passing the Gate with a sign with your name on it.

If anyone offers to help you make sure that they are dialing the right number. Please beware of taxi scammers at the airport. They will pretend to be calling your transportation company and tell you to take a taxi and pay in cash for that service and offer you a full refund upon arrival. Our staff will never ask you to pay for a service which you have already paid for. Please note that all of our services are paid online otherwise specified on our website.

How can I cancel my booking?
Send us an e-mail requesting your cancelation to firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation order and booking number. Please note that we do not issue cash refunds for services on special or sale cases in which we will issue a transferable digital coupon with online credit to reprogram your trip.

All promotional or discounted services on sale are non-refundable. We will issue a digital coupon instead. You can request your service to be reprogrammed and travel within a year from the date you purchased your shuttle. You can also transfer it to someone else at no extra cost. You need to send an email to email@example.com with your booking number requesting the transferable certificate. Our team will send you a certificate coupon code with the exact amount of money you paid on our website. This coupon will be valid for one year that you can use on our website to hire a new service.
We will never refund scam calls or cash payments made to drivers or third parties. We do not refund any money paid outside our website.
I am traveling with children. Do you provide child seats?
Chil seats are subject to availability. You must specify that you will require a Child seat when you book online.
Are Pets allowed?
Yes, our service is pet-friendly. However, your pet must be inside a travel kennel while on the vehicle.
